Employment Pass

The Employment Pass is Singapore’s key work pass for foreign professionals, managers, executives, specialists, and business leaders employed by a Singapore-registered company. EP eligibility is assessed based on salary, qualifications, professional experience, role seniority, employer profile, and Singapore’s workforce framework.

Eligibility & Application

We assess the candidate's salary, qualifications, work experience, role scope, seniority, and employer profile against MOM's EP and COMPASS requirements. We help position the application with a clear job scope, employer business rationale, supporting documents, fair consideration review where required, and renewal planning.

Family & Residence Planning

Eligible EP holders may apply for Dependant's Passes or Long-Term Visit Passes for qualifying family members, subject to MOM's salary and sponsorship requirements. A Singapore-based employment arrangement may also support longer-term residence and tax residency planning where the individual's stay and circumstances meet applicable rules.

Employment Pass Application & Management

Candidates must meet the prevailing EP qualifying salary and, unless exempted, pass the COMPASS points-based framework. MOM currently states that EP candidates need to earn at least S$5,600 per month, with higher requirements for older candidates and the financial services sector. This is scheduled to increase to S$6,000 for new applications from 1 January 2027 and renewals expiring from 1 January 2028.
